Role:

The position will be the Global Internal Audit Manager reporting directly to the Global Internal Audit Director; the position requires to work with all levels of the organization and to travel in case necessary to any worldwide location where GIS has operations.

What we are looking for:

Non-Negotiable requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit and/or similar experience in areas related to process implementations (operative or administrative) as well as risk-based analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree.
• English proficiency Spoken & Written (English achievement result by TOEIC/TOEFL or similar will be considered first in the selection process).
• International experience (not necessarily in audit, however, int. experience is a must will be considered first in the selection process)
• Availability to travel around 2 to 3 months a year on average, travel duration is on average 2 weeks.
• Advance Office software knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• ERP experience (preferably in Oracle).
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• General knowledge of Internal Audit procedures, compliance, and legal procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage conversations and presentations to all levers of the organization.
• Ability to be self-driven and to manage Audits promptly.
• High ethical behavior.
• Willingly to travel both national and international.
• Willingly to lead a team of auditors in all types of audits
• Ability on developing talent.

Preferable requirements

·      CIA, CFE, CFA, CISA, CPA certification

·      International experience (preferable in Latin America, Europe & Asia)

·      Automotive industry knowledge.
