Key Responsibilities

Full Set Accounting

• Manage day-to-day accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing activities
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Generate management accounts to highlight key metrics and variances

Fixed Assets Management

• Maintain and update the fixed asset schedule
• Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets

Tax Compliance

• Work with HQ and tax advisors to ensure regulatory compliance

Audit Support

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for auditing process
• Support audit process

Inventory Control

• Organize and manage stocktake

Other Responsibilities

Key liaison between HQ and local operations on finance, customs and general administrative matters.

Requirements:

Good command of English (85%)

Experience in cost accounting of mechanical, electrical or/and medical projects, P & Lanalysis & preparation (current vs Forecast), EOM analysis, Revenue &VAM Reconciliation (shipments by project), PPV, BOM costing, management of NPI, and support in physical inventories.

Degree in accountancy or finance or equivalent

Minimum 3 years working experience as a qualified accountant
