Requirements:

•      Advanced Conversational English (Mandatory) C1 - C2

•      7 years business analyst experience, preferably in financial services industry.

•      Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework 

•      Willingness to take on new responsibilities as the environment evolves and new skills are needed.

•      Self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish tasks independently or with minimal guidance from supervisor

•      Flexibility in self-managing across a variety of tasks and adjusting as priorities change

•      5 YOE with any CRM to work with business sponsors and product owners of account CRM-related products 

Functions:

• Provide user support to business stakeholders of CRM-related products to help foster user adoption.
• Provide process support to help simplify and standardize CRM business processes.
• Provide support for standard and custom reporting needs for Investor Relations and Investor Services.
• Coordinate with (and participate in, when needed) production support to ensure the business user needs are being met with regards to user setup, configuration changes and issue resolution.
• Become trained in CRM applications for the purpose delivering minor platform requests, such as ad hoc field updates, dashboard/visualization updates, etc. (through light, no-code development and configuration) to address user needs.
