Lugar de trabajo: Arquitectónico. Flotado, García – Esquema Híbrido

Requisitos:

·      Escolaridad: Lic. en Contaduría Pública, Administración o a fin. Maestría deseable.

·      Idiomas: Inglés avanzado - C1.

·      Áreas de experiencia: +5 años gestionando y analizando bases de datos financieros y presentaciones efectivas al comité del negocio, manejo avanzado de SAP, HYPERION / BPC / Excel, toma de decisiones y pronósticos financieros.

·      Disponibilidad de viaje: 50% del tiempo, indispensable contar con VISA. 

Responsabilidades:

•   Responsible for preparing and analyzing profit & loss statements by segment and /or departments and product for the business and recommend actions necessary for the business to achieve their profit objectives.

•   Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and share monthly results with Finance Business Partners as well as Budget Owners

•   Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of these forecasts

•   Continuously challenge legacy ways of working, status quo; identify gaps, and recommend new ways of working

•   Support all key Finance initiatives

•   Responsible for monthly forecasts reports as well as preparing the detailed sales forecast for both the annual plan and long-range plans.

•   Meet firm deadlines, be able to work under pressure, capability to sudden priority changes and a strong capability for teamwork.

•   Coordinates with Corporate financial Information in all items related to external audit report and balance sheet analysis.

•   Analyze and report on current financial status

•   Conduct thorough research of historical financial data

•   Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement

•   Participate in budgeting (for departments and projects)

•   Ad hoc projects and analyses as required

Salario: 55 mil pesos brutos mensuales + prestaciones superiores a las de la ley.
