Responsabilities:

1. Coordinate, define and transmit information for new implementations
2. Coordinate colaborations and implementations of new services
3. Priorities identification, needs definition, new implementations
4. Collect and define information and requirements for new implementations
5. Coordination and follow up of the implementations and priorities 
6. Feedback and testing of implementations
