Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative (Outside Sales) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales process and a highly customer service, with a proven experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential customers.
• Scheduling weekly visits to our current customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Assist customers in selecting the right product or technical support for their needs and budget, providing guidance and expertise throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure maximum profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Coordinate with inside sales department the sales activities.
• Preparing and attending monthly sales meetings

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales for automotive fiel is preferred.
• Engineering or Bussiness Degree
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
