What awaits you:


•    Operate and maintain test benches including hydro pulse systems, climatic chambers, and roller dynamometers.
•    Manage the calibration of test equipment and test benches, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
•    Perform routine maintenance on test equipment and test benches to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
•    Supervise adherence to legal requirements related to compliance, pressure vessels, environmental safety, and operational safety.
•    Prepare vehicle instrumentation using accelerometers and microphones for Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) testing, utilizing MKII and Squadriga systems.
•    Conduct verification checks to ensure all test equipment and test benches are functioning correctly.
•    Participate in safety and environmental walks within the test bench area.
•    Attend safety, environmental, and quality audits relevant to the test benches.
•    Develop and manage budget plans for maintenance, calibration, repairs, and acquisition of new equipment.
•    Implement 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean and organized test bench environment.
•    Prepare and maintain documentation required by TK-5-MX-1 for iPMA (Integrated Plant Management Analysis).
•    Manage supplier access and requirements for access to BMW facilities.
•    Plan and schedule maintenance and calibration activities for test benches and equipment.

 

What you should bring along:


•    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field with a focus on Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) preferred.
•    3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of applying analytical and problem-solving methods to address NVH challenges.
•    Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and clear information exchange with both internal and external stakeholders.
•    Strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient project management, timely delivery, and meticulous attention to detail.
•    Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Advanced English skills.
