Descripción

Our brands BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorrad have made us one of the world's leading premium manufacturer of cars and motorcycles as well as provider of premium financial and mobility services.

At the BMW Group, everything starts with passion. It turns a profession into a vocation. It drives us to keep reinventing mobility and bring innovative ideas onto the roads. Enthusiasm for joint projects turns a team into a strong unit where every opinion is valued. It is only when expertise, highly professional processes and enjoyment of work unite that we can shape the future together.

What awaits you:

•    Manage and deliver validation results on schedule, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly tested.
•    Actively participate in relevant development stages of the project, representing the product assembly team's interests.
•    Collaborate on process and product kits across the product line, contributing to the development of generic requirements.
•    Develop concepts for vehicle sub-areas, leveraging insights from previous models' strengths and weaknesses.
•    Guarantee the implementation of agreed-upon requirements from a production perspective (buildability, function, and quality).
•    Validate vehicle buildability in collaboration with process partners.
•    Implement and assess tolerances with a minimum of 3 collaborators, considering the impact of various factors (components, processes) resulting from product and process changes.
•    Investigate and identify root causes of total vehicle faults within the PMP, encompassing planning, execution, documentation, and communication of analysis results.
•    Test and evaluate compatibility of product changes across all product line derivatives, ensuring localization.
•    Analyze assembly conditions for geometric consistency, optimal manufacturing feasibility, and geometrically-related functionality (both virtually and physically).
•    Coordinate and provide transparency on problems and conflicting objectives with relevant departments and circles, escalating critical issues with predicted failure potential.

You should bring along:

•    3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in developing robust and buildable technical solutions and optimizing existing concepts.
•    Proven ability to apply analytical and problem-solving methods, utilizing quality tools like process control and root cause analysis to improve efficiency and quality.
•    Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and clear information exchange with both internal and external stakeholders.
•    Strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient project management, timely delivery, and meticulous attention to detail.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
•    Advanced English proficiency.
