The Mechatronics Design Release Engineer is responsible for the engineering, design, development, validation, timing and production release on the mechanisms and components involved on any of the following: Manual Park Release, Active Damping Air Suspension, Swithches, Sensors, Lighting, Seats, Outside Rearview Mirror, Power Hatch, Liftgate, Sunroof, Power Top.

Requirements

Experience designing and developing at least one of the following:

==>Mechatronics on: Manual Park Release, Active Damping Air Suspension, Swithches, Sensors, Lighting, Seats, Outside Rearview Mirror, Power Hatch, Liftgate, Sunroof, Power Top

• 5+ years of experience in Mechatronic Design and Release Engineering
• Experience/knowledge in Electrical Module Hardware and Software development.
• Release experience in both Mechanical and electrical components
• Experience with OEM or supplier design and release
• Experience with NX, Catia V5, and Teamcenter
• Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R creation and execution
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Create adn edit BoM's
• Experience with compontent builds and execution
• Experience with production process feasibility and developement including mold flow analysis or other interior compontent manufacturing processes
