Key Responsibilities:  Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures businessin line with the business objectives. Probes and identifies customer needs and provide E2E solutions. Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base. Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts. Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers. Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends. Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality. Is typically responsible for medium impact customers to the business in any size cluster. Manage and develop the relationship with contractual customers in line with Maersk/global strategy. Develop the value proposition to match customers' needs both locally and by engaging the network. Work closely with the local product organization to drive revenue growth and support the local product P&L. Develop a business plan for increasing overall supply chain share of wallet and position logistic & services products. Support the overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance, among other responsibilities. Requirements: In this role you ought to be passionate about Building agile solutions for our customers, as well as an active hunter on bringing new opportunities to the organization. For you, providing a great customer experience is non-negotiable, through every step of our product and solutions life cycles. You are highly independent and eloquent, convincing, easy going and senior relationship builder, enjoy working at a fast pace with multiple stakeholders, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty. As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for: At least 10 years of experience in similar roles Track record of success around closing LCL, Ocean, XB and landside business and experience with local decision-making organizations.
