Description:
We are currently seeking a bilingual virtual assistant proficient in both English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual assistance services, including receiving and making calls on behalf of clients, ensuring exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with insurance back-office operations, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling emails.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Provide support on various projects by coordinating tasks and tracking progress
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in virtual assistance is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
