Role Summary: You will be responsible for conducting internal HR investigations in the LAM region and worldwide. The position will be part of the Global Investigations team within the Integrity & Compliance department.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting internal investigations in the LAM region and worldwide by identifying issues, interviewing witnesses, collecting and reviewing relevant data, drafting investigation reports, and recommending remedial action as appropriate.
  • Additional duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience conducting human resources, employment, or employee relations subject matter investigations.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, databases, and/or business software systems
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Laws, or equivalent experience conducting HR investigations)
  • Ability and willingness to travel (15%) throughout area of responsibility and globally to conduct investigations or assessments.
  • Working with NAVEX or similar is a plus

  • Strong time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize issues as necessary.
