ADVANCED ENGLISH LANGUAGE ESSENTIAL (Able to start a conversation with foreigners). English interview

Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Graduate in Law or similar.

Age: 35 years and older

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 6 YEARS AT THE LEVEL OF HUMAN RESOURCES HEAD IN MANUFACTURING OR CORPORATE COMPANIES WITH THE REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE.

NOT GENERALIST OR SPECIALISTS IN A SINGLE AREA OR SERVICE COMPANIES.

Experience in:

Staff Administration:

• Incident management,

• Compliance with Human Resources administrative policies and procedures,

• Application of internal work regulations,

• Organization of corporate events and celebrations,

Training:

• Attention to inspections, compliance with STPS requirements, preparation of annual training plan, management of SIRCE.

Safety and securyte industrial :

• Management of the General Conditions regarding STPS, attention to and compliance with STPS Regulations and Inspections, filling out official forms on the matter.

Coordination of the following areas:

• Medical service,

• Cleaning Staff,

• Industrial dining room,

• Messaging and Drivers.

Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Base Monthly Salary $ 32,000.00 + Superior benefits by law
