We are looking for HR Specialist / HR generalist who will oversee various HR processes at our location in alignment with the company's global strategy.
Salary Scheme
- Monthly base salary 50K
- Monthly commissions 9000 MXN

Profile
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in English
Experience
- Experience in HR administration in small to medium-sized companies
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruitment, understanding of Boolean search and X-Ray
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation
- Knowledge and successful experience using primary sources and platforms for recruitment in Mexico
- -Understanding of key candidate assessment tools
Responsibilities of the position:
- Manage the full cycle of HR documentation in accordance with local legislation and the company's internal policies (contracts and agreements, vacations, certifications, orders, etc.)
- Handle the full recruitment cycle at the location: candidate search, initial screening, conducting interviews, negotiating, and communicating offers
- Develop and implement an onboarding system for new employees
- Organize corporate and team-building events in line with the global event strategy
- Liaise with various government bodies (including immigration services) regarding the hiring of expatriates
- Collaborate with the global HRBP and functional leaders to develop and implement strategies for employee retention, engagement, motivation, and satisfaction
