Key areas of support will include but not limited:

• Perform AR Activities for USA Customers
• Monitor payment history and reporting to debt ledger as well as proactively and independently conduct collection of past dues. • Perform deliver targets based upon expected KPIs.
• Insure collection of outstanding invoices, intercompany and external customers, within the due date. undefined.
• Chase for payments of overdue accounts on designated locations by telephone, letter and email.
• Allocation of payments / credit notes where needed.
• Maintain stop list.
• Engage with sales department to understand the need to block customer when required and ensure cash is received within the due dates.
• Prepare and maintain the matrix of AR and Credit Control activities to ensure continuity of service for customers
• Reconcile customer accounts with the customer and resolve any reconciliation differences / queries, provide copies of invoices.

This role will report into the Finance Manager and be a key position within the finance function.

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• At least 5 years experience of credit control and accounts receivable in a large business
• Management skills team and individual development and coaching • Desire for continual improvement, embracing technology and driving efficient ways of working
• Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes
• Great attention to detail
• Fluency in business English B2/C1– written and spoken
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables)
