Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Address customer queries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor and track order status, communicating updates to customers as needed.
• Address any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or inventory shortages.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service / order processing
• SAP experience (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
