Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
- Lead the overall operation of the chemical processes plant, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, improve productivity, and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among plant employees.

Profile
Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
