Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Finance
• Experience in managing and launching automotive programs
• Program Management experience (+5 years)
• Experience in APQP processes
• Good understanding of financial KPIs (BET and P&L understanding)
• Proven experience managing program budgets
• Budget administration inc. creation and approval on SAP
• RFQ management for new programs
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Fluent English is mandatory, German is a plus
• Proactive, fast paced, capable to motivate teams and with a go-ahead attitude to solve problems and conflicts
• Capable to work well under pressure
• Team player
• Solid know how in PPAP and Program APQP deliverables
• Financial knowledge

Main tasks

• RFQ management (including internal and external)
• Program execution and program launching exceeding the expectations in quality, timing and cost
• Full budget control of the program, including engineering, customer investment and internal investment
• Build an effective relationship with the customer at all levels
• Lead the cross-functional teams to deliver new programs and future model years/phase lifts
• Plan and execute of all activities to meet customer milestones
• Ensure the corporate processes and tools are used effectively by all team members
• Establish an effective internal relationship with the local team as well as the global team in the organization
• Lead cost optimization activities, by planning and executing its implementation aggressively before SOP
• Risk management and risk mitigation/avoidance
