Responsibilities

• Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
• Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Complete sales process through project management
• Reception of request for proposal, contests/new projects for the specification of finishes and quotes, project monitoring, coordination of installations and site visits, collection management and after-sales service. Order entry coordination of installation, billing and collection.
• Development of high-impact presentations, follow-up of proposals for their successful closing. Post-sale service of existing projects.

Key Account Manager is meant to acomplish the following tasks:?

• Identification and follow-up of potential clients
• Design proposals
• Finishes specification
• Responsible for managing the work team and the general coordination of the project until its delivery, providing excellent service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Interior Design or related
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluency in AutoCad
• Mandatory Business English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork, communication, problem solving, managment skills, responsiveness, project management, adaptability, time management, critical thinking, organization, excellent quality of work, proactivity and customer service.
