Main Responsibilities
Talent Development
- Follow up on development and training plans
- Provide training
On The Job Training
- Implement and monitor training methods for operations in VSM
- Development and monitoring of Skill Matrix and Competency Certification
- Update operations criticality and training lead time
- Assignment and prioritization of training according to SkiIll Matrix and Lean Staffing
Organizational Communication
- Maintain organizational communication on screens, boards and communications via email.
- Follow up on quarterly communication meetings
- Promote Parker's culture and values
Engagement
- Organizational climate survey application
- Support and monitoring of focus groups and action plans
- Comply with the action plans under your responsibility
- Follow up Recognition strategies and programs
ISO 9001 Audits
- Control and documentation of QSI processes
- Document management and safeguarding of compliance evidence
- Follow-up on audit findings
High Performance Teams
- Provide support and monitoring of the HPT culture together with the Steering Committee
- Evaluate the maturity of the HPT Culture and structure in the division together with the Steering Committee
- Coaching and monitoring of Site cocahes and functional team leaders.
- Monitors and audits the functionality of the NPT & SPT and follows up on the TIB results
- Supports the organization of the quarterly and annual competition of the teams that carry out BARNs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or similar
- Fluent English for business conversations
- Experience: + 3 in a similar position
