Headquartered in Shanghai, the company has 3 manufacturing plants and technical centers in Shanghai, Changshu and Chongqing and more than 2500 employees in total. We design, develop and manufacture seat mechanism components for all automakers globally. The main products of the company are recliner, track, lock, adjuster and track transmission. Established in 2013, KEIPER is a joint venture between Yanfeng, one of the largest automotive suppliers in China and Adient, the global leader in automotive seating.

Work summary

1. Responsible for communication with customer and confirm customer production forecast plan.
2. According to customer requirement and actual production demand, responsible for supplier's purchasing plan and plant production plan.
3. Responsible for the material & commodity delivery, include import and export and customs declaration.
4. Manage the warehouse and inventory.
5. Responsible for daily management ,guidance, training and evaluation of subordinates.

Work experience:

- More than 5 years of experience in Automotive multinational or JV company.

Knowledge:

- Good written and oral communication skills in English

- Excellent communication ,interpersonal skills and team work.

- Good knowledge of SAP, ERP,MRP,MES.

- Government programs IMMEX, PROSEC, RULE 8, Annex 24, Annex 31

- Good knowledge of Mexican & U.S.A customs regimes, free trade agreements and official standards.

- Good knowledge MS OFFICE,etc.

- Team management experience

Main tasks and responsibilities

1. Familiar with production process, according the customers requirement plan analyze production capacity.
2. Communicate with customers in time, make master production plan according to order.
3. Responsible for making the delivery and purchasing plan, making timely adjustment according to the production and inventory demand, tracking the order execution of suppliers and ensuring that the materials meet the production requirements.
4. Implement & confirm product schedule availability.
5. Responsible for the customers delivery arrangement, ensure the on-time delivery of orders, control the transportation cost and make monthly report.
6. Provide material support for new product project, be responsible for raw material purchasing and tracking confirmation after PPAP to ensure the material schedule is in line with the project schedule.
7. According to the customer's order requirements and supplier's quality situation, control the inventory of raw materials and finish goods in a reasonable range, reduce WIP inventory and achieve lean production.
8. Arrange the delivery, receiving and issuing work in a reasonable and timely manner to ensure that the production schedule can be completed according to the plan.
9. Improve warehouse area utilization, inventory turnover, improve material distribution efficiency, analyze and improve the existing material distribution process.
10. Responsible for SAP BOM, basic setup of process flow. Responsible for daily material data maintenance and regular inventory work.
11. Responsible for product inspection, document making, customs declaration and scrap of defective products. Check accounts with finance regularly to ensure no error. Understand customs affairs, commodity inspection, inspection and quarantine laws and regulations and the latest customs clearance policies, and keep good communication with customs.
12. Responsible for developing optimal control in the company in my charge, in International Trade, as well as excellent relations with clients and governmental authorities.
13. Use efficiently export promotion programs and trade agreements such as IMMEX, Prosec, USMC, TLCUE and TLCAELC, to take advantage of the preferential rates that these programs allow to apply.
14. Integrate the files of tax / expo / treaties, to meet the requirements of Tax Audit of Finance in the best interest of the group.
15. Coordinate the receipt of the Goods Transfer Constants of the manufacturers to check that they are correct.
16. The working ability needs to meet the specific requirements of the customers.
17. Responsible for daily management ,guidance, training and evaluation of material operators.
18. Undertake the management responsibilities required by the company's relevant KOS documents and the IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14001/AEO (Customs: Certified Operator) standards, ensure the effective operation of the KOS documents, and continue to improve the relevant procedures and procedures in the KOS documents within the department Its application.
19. Regularly carry out experience summary sharing, optimize the process, and constantly learn new ideas, new knowledge, new tools, guide and train other employees to improve their professional skills, and lead team members to solve major technical problems/complete important projects.
20. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
