Job Objective
Guarantee the administration of RICOH services assigned.
Functions
Make follow-up sessions with clients about the services provided, presenting status, progress, and indicators.
Control and supervise all the KPI's related to the Aftersales operations.
Ensure contract compliance, ensuring SLAS and KPIS.
Personalized attention to ensure customer satisfaction.
Solve incidents, answer questions and problems with the service through your team.
Coordinate activities with other areas to fulfill the service.
Coordinate Team Activities
Channel complaints that cannot be resolved to Service representatives.
Requirement
Bachelor of Administration, Business or Systems
Experience of 3 years in Service Executive
Experience in commercials process
English conversational
