Responsible of ensuring customer satisfaction, anticipating, managing and resolving risks in the employment relationship and legal compliance that may affect the operation and the prestige of the organization; as well as promote the practice of virtues and values to achieve a good work environment and for staff to feel engaged with the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving workplace conflicts
- Ensure compliance with Labor Laws and Regulation
- Labor relationship with supervisors and operators
- Implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover
- Service management Transportation, dining room, others
- Implement strategy with supervisors to improve labor relationships and health organizational environment
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor relations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or similar
- Fluent English for business conversations
- Experience: 3 - 5 in similar position with a focus on employee relations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
