Objective: As the General Director of the company, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing operations, and driving the overall growth and success of the company. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will oversee all aspects of the organization, including but not limited to finance, operations, marketing, human resources, and business development.

Qualifications:

1.                Experience on similar positions within the automotive industry.

2.                Laboral experience (preferably in the process of injection of plastic) more than 5 years

3.                Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.

4.                Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate vision into action.

5.                Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

6.                Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

7.                Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

8.                Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and profitability.

9.                Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

10.            Experience in the implementation of Toyota Production System concepts, including the implementation Standard Work is required.

Responsibilities:

1.                Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the vision and goals set by of Directors.

2.                Provide strong leadership to all departments, fostering a culture a culture of Dignity and Respect deal, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

3.                Lead production, quality, facilities and maintenance, engineering, safety, materials, finance, and human resources within the operation, in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure execution and improvement in all key metrics including cost, quality, safety, new product launches and delivery.

4.                Generate annual cost and efficiency improvements to improve gross margins.

5.                Implement plans and programs to enable world-class operating procedures and achieve continuous rates of improvement in productivity, capacity utilization, cost reduction (labor, materials, scrap/rework, and inventory), quality and safety.

6.                Promote and maintain a safe work environment for employees.

7.                Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and regulatory agencies.

8.                Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality products and services.

9.                Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

10.            Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

11.            Represent the company in public forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance its reputation and brand.

12.            Prepare regular reports for the of Directors, providing updates on the company's performance, challenges, and opportunities.
