Demand and Inventory Analyst

The Demand and Inventory Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the company's supply chain operations. This professional is responsible for analyzing product demand, planning efficient inventories, and closely collaborating with various departments to ensure product availability while minimizing associated costs.

The workplace is located in Cuautitlán Izcalli.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Analysis: Evaluate and forecast product demand using statistical tools and models. Collaborate with sales teams, marketing, and customers to gather relevant data influencing demand.
• Inventory Planning: Design and maintain efficient and optimized inventory policies. Supervise and adjust inventory levels to meet customer needs and minimize excess.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and procurement departments to align strategies and objectives. Participate in regular meetings to share information on forecasted demand and potential changes in buying patterns.
• Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure an efficient and timely supply chain. Evaluate and manage supplier performance in terms of compliance and quality.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in supply chain-related processes and propose efficient solutions. Implement practices and processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in demand and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning tools and software.
• Ability to analyze data and use statistical tools for accurate forecasting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to effectively manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with proactive decision-making skills.
