What you'll do

Handles HR enquiries & services request of internal or local benefits (Transportation, Cafeteria, Saving Box, Retirement Plan)

Manage saving box Monterrey Plant & Sales Office

Execute payment process of vendors (SAP)

Improve cafeteria services

Follow u indicators of Absenteeism & Turnover

Follow up disciplinary actions of employees by Supervisors
