Job responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with the indicators of the areas under your charge.
• Efficiently manage the assets of the area in charge (fixed and circulating) ensuring their correct use, conservation and avoiding losses due to lack of probity.
• Monitor that the administrative processes of the areas in charge meet the criteria of motivation, foundation and materiality.
• Ensure that your methodology, actions and attitudes to achieve your objectives have ethical principles, that do not harm the organization in loss of image, money and staff turnover (by wearing them down physically and morally).
• Ensure that the collaborators in charge have the necessary resources (material, technological, human, financial and time) necessary for the execution of their processes
• Safeguard the area's resources by identifying bad practices of collaborators and create control and assurance strategies. As well as ensuring that its collaborators use personal protective equipment (PPE) and established safety measures, in order to avoid accidents.
• Ensure that the production process is carried out based on the strategies and objectives established by the company, on the standards and indicators of productivity and quality, on the continuous improvement of all processes and on compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in ensuring that quality and safety incidents are managed expeditiously and in accordance with protocols, definition of corrective actions and opinions executed by the Quality Assurance area.
• Report and inform any failure, deviation or unforeseen event that puts compliance with the sales projection at risk or that impacts losses on the company, proposing the solution to the case and proposing possible solutions.
