Requirements.

Responsibilities:

•Manage customer quality and coordinate customer audits.

•Provide information to the manufacturing team and other areas, explaining their performance with the customer.

•Coordinate and lead the solution of problems, issue the response to customers in time through the 8Ds.

•Support warranty analysis and conduct lesson learn from warranty to production line.

•Be responsible for complying with and following up on the guidelines, policies and procedures of the environmental management systems.
