- Workday HCM integration Development using Workday SDLC Project life cycle. (Discovery, Plan, Architect/Prototype, Testing, Deployment and Postproduction support)
- Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday Studio (preferable), Core connector, EIB and 3rd party Integration (PICOF/PECI).
- Preferable Workday HCM module knowledge in Core HR, Recruiting, absence/Time Tracking, Payroll.
- Good to have workday HCM Integration certification.
- Fully utilize the Workday toolset to build robust integration solutions.
- Good experience with programming languages XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST services, BIRT.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to determine customer specific needs and put forth actions to meet those needs.
- Ability to execute and work integration activities independently.
- Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and open manner through verbal, written, and non-verbal methods, to all levels of the organization.
