You own regional or even global responsibility for 3rd party software solutions in finance area.
You carry out projects on your own responsibility.
You enforce the implementation of defined and harmonized finance business processes.
You have a talent for identifying processes with the potential for optimization and you are keen on initiating and implementing process improvements on a local and global level
You participate in rollout and optimization projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (formerly Dynamics 365 F&O) at locations in the EMEA region, including design, configuration, testing and training.
You consult the business areas for their process design and support for global and local change requirements.
You will create specifications and support our developers in the implementation loops.
You will manage external service providers and ensure the timely completion of their tasks.
You will support the compliance of IT standards and best practices.
Requirements:
You have several years of experience with finance processes, including but not limited to General Ledger, Reporting, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable & Receivable and Bank Management
Having experience in Financial Management reporting or PowerBI is a plus
You have a basic knowledge in system integration and data migration
You have solid ERP knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or F&O
You can coordinate regional and global change requests and analyze impacts between entities.
You have a sound knowledge of the material and value flows within ERP systems and interfaces.
You have a high understanding of functional and technical requirements and know how to use this.
They can deal with complexity and optimize you work routine accordingly.
Experience on operating in shared services or nearshore team is a plus
Ability to work under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments
Your structured and solution-oriented approach enables you to keep a cool head and make high-quality decisions even in labor-intensive situations.
You are able to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
You have experience in Dynamics 365 ERP implementations by using a companywide process template.

Experience in discrete manufacturing (automotive supplier for OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2) is a plus
