As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for validating the performance of activities related to labor relations, employment contracts, training, general services, and payroll.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Labor relations.
• Payroll.
• Training
• General services, transportation, delivery of uniforms.
• Basic and General of the Federal Labor Law  
• Knowledge and use of the Collective Bargaining Agreement  
•  Knowing, Managing and Applying RIT  
•  Knowledge and Use of the FES System  
•  Personnel Management  
•  Basic knowledge of identification of hazards and risks of environmental aspects/impacts.

Key requirements:

• Management of work groups and teams.
• Negotiation skills. Pressure working capacity. 
• 4-5 years of experience in Automotive
• Advance level of English.
