·         Job Summary / Overview

The position will be an extension of the Regional HR Business unite.

·         Develop programs of Health and Safety, create and follow up actions plans and comply with the global Teleperformance Policies of Health & Safety creating material to comply with the policies. 

·         Responsible for coordinating, controlling and managing security resources and procedures that will assure the wellbeing of all employees and company assets.

·         Responsible of the execution of procedures in case of contingencies (theft, accidents, etc.)

·         Responsible for overseeing, implementing and compliance of environmental programs, plans, policies, 

Responsibilities 

·        Responsible for coordinating the proper execution of all EHS activities.

·        Assure the implementation of EHS department initiatives, focusing on compliance of all environmental and safety regulations.

·        Serves as a point of contact for the assigned operational business units or functions for all HR Safety topics, initiatives and strategies.

·        Create SOPs and processes for all H&S policies across all sites aligned to the Teleperformance Global H&S policies.

·        Create and coordinate safety strategy and follow up plan for the region and sites according to the necessities.

·        Might require to manage 3rd party suppliers such as external Mini Clinics, Mental Health lines, External Psychologists, and others

·        Responsible of Training on EHS topics and promote health programs for all employees.

·        Create and implement emergency plans, protocols to prevent risks.

·        Responsible for overseeing, implementing and compliance of occupational and work health initiatives, plans, policies, and strategies.

·        Create visibility for leaders regarding the different H&S pillars assuring policy compliance.

·        Responsible for pass all the H&S local, federal, and global audits.
