Descripción

The Paid Search and Social Media assists in developing the strategy and paid media plans, based on clients KPIs. This position will manage and oversee the full life cycle of the campaign, from conception and planning to execution, optimization, conversion tracking and reporting of High Level and large accounts.

Responsibilities

Planning

Collaborate with media team to plan and execute campaign strategies across search platforms.
Develop media buy plan to determine budget allocation, audience selection, estimates of metrics.
Create learning and measurement to outline goals and corresponding tests.

Implementation

Operate and manage campaigns in paid search media platforms such Google Ads, Bings Ads, Search Ads 360.
Operate and manage campaigns in paid social media platforms such as Facebook ads manager, Twitter ads manager and LinkedIn campaign manager.
QA proper search site tagging such as pixels and custom conversions.
Set up search campaigns to against a variety of objectives including brand awareness, consideration and conversion phases.
Manage high level campaign targeting parameters, bid strategy and optimization delivery.
Manage campaign trafficking, uploads and QA.

Optimization and Reporting

Manage day to day optimizations of all live campaigns.
Test and analyze performance metrics, using internal search analytics and measurement tools to optimize performance and meet business objectives.
Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, avoid under or overspend.
Identify digital content gaps in paid search campaigns and report them through the proper channels.
Use Excel and other analytic tools to accomplish reporting delivery based on specified data set that can be delivered consistently at a specific time, or day
Analyze performance data to communicate campaign results, findings and additional opportunities.

Minimum of 4 year hands on executional paid search marketing experience
In platform experience on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 is a must
In platform experience on Google and Bing Editor is a must.
In platform experience on Kenshoo is a plus
Experience using tools such as Semrush is a plus.
Experience in using platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Studio is a plus.
Advance level English speaking and writing.
Agency experience is preferred.
Demonstrable ability to manage large budgets is a must.
Expert Excel skills, strong in PowerPoint and other Office products.
Previous experience communicating with clients is a plus.
Experience with technical issues, such as campaign tagging, QA, and troubleshooting.
Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through.
Deal with a large volume of requests and know how to prioritize workload
A team player who can handle stressful situations and deadlines.
