Job Description
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards required by customers and the company. This includes overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager will also manage a team of quality control inspectors and work closely with other departments to address quality issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Experience in plastic injection processes and electronics, painting, etc.
- Experience in the automotive industry with clients like GM (mandatory), Stellantis, FORD, BMW, Tesla, and Rivian desirable, etc.
- Experience managing teams of 20-30 people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong drive
- Ability to communicate and negotiate in English
- Creation and management of high-performance teams
- Knowledge or certification in Lean Manufacturing (proven and applied)
- Active leadership
