Dockers is seeking a Size Analyst to join our team given the size-intensive nature of the product we sell and the complex network of point of sales we have around the globe! Understanding our performance at a size and store level is essential to the success of Dockers. We are seeking a Size Analysts who will build approaches and methodologies to understand how our consumers are embracing our products around the world. You will perform analytics on sales information, develop size profiles by grouping products and locations into intelligent clusters, and develop methodologies to track and improve size prediction accuracy. You will also provide expertise and insight to decisions around what sizes are offered in different channels and different customer accounts and immerse yourself into data to find and take advantage of patterns. While the initial focus will be on size, the responsibilities may expand in time to cover other areas.

About the Job
  • Analyze sales data from all channels and regions by size to establish size profiles for clusters of stores and products.
  • Develop methodologies to monitor and improve size forecast accuracy for the various end-uses of the data, including inventory purchasing and inventory allocation.
  • Collaborate with Regional Merchandise Planning team to use unique regional sizing needs from around the world to develop size profiles.
  • Partner with merchandise planning and inventory management on seasonal product sizing updates.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to increase service level and fill rate performance based on sizing.
  • Provide analysis and expertise on key merchandising decisions related to size offerings in all channels around the world.
  • Coordinate deliverables to align with corporate seasonal calendar as well as planning milestones.
  • Business lead on sizing tools/systems with cross-functional teams (training and enhancements).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve process refinement and process simplification.


About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of merchandise retailing experience.
  • Advanced English language proficiency required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative data.
  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and can learn technical applications quickly.
  • Present ideas and direction to others.
  • Build strong relationships with a diverse group of partners.
  • Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills.
