Validate improvement projects and actively participate in process and accounting-related initiatives. Evaluate investment and cost-saving projects to optimize financial performance. Collaborate closely with the accounting department to align budgeting and planning processes with SAP systems. Support the transition to digital processes, especially in sales operations and technological operational processes. Conduct regular visits to distribution centers to oversee operations and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate leadership team activities and provide guidance to team members.
