Descripción
Provides HR support to business unit or functional area which may include recruiting, personnel documentation, compensation, and benefits. Acts as a liaison between departments, all levels of line and staff management, Facilitates training programs and employee communications. Includes EHS and regulatory compliance support.

· Work with a company's management to determine their current HR needs.
· Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to help implement goals set
· Action oriented to work environment improvements
· Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
· Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
· Work with recruitment professionals to identify necessary roles for growth within the company.
· Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
· Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
· Participate in the candidate screening and job interviewing processes to ensure new hires align with upper management's goals.
· Enforce and deploy HR Policies compliance in accordance with organizational goals, industry trends and labor laws or regulations.
· Stay current on HR trends to develop solutions using current best practices in the field.
· Ensure a strong understanding of laws and regulations to help the company stay in compliance.
· Ensure the Internal Rule disciplinary applications based on Ley Federal del Trabajo
· Improve the Culture in the facility across all functions
· Effective communication & Negotiations skills
