JOB DESCRIPTIONDrive merchandising efforts through gender/category management of assortments. Assort an impactful menu by different business channels by country with inputs from cross functional partners
- Execute assortment plans for category edit for dedicated country needs
- Prepare for and attend Regional milestones including input into Brief, Product Knowledge Seminars & Investment Review
- Create merchandise menus for channel/gender needs based on segmented approach for the market in each sector
- Create assortment tools for each segment needs
- Act as the DTC expert for product performance providing consistent and clear month end business recaps to leadership
- Manage data entry needs for category to ensure adoption & PO creation
- Read & react to performance reviews of channel data
- Bachelor's degree preferred along with retail or merchandising experience
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Bilingual
- Proficient with software applications, particularly Microsoft excel, word, ppt, and SAP.
- 2+ years' experience creating continuous integration/deployment for on-premise environments
- Experience using cloud native tools to monitor cloud infrastructure and/or services
