Who We Are Looking For

· 0-1 years of operating or finance experience (preferred)

· Academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, economics, or engineering (preferred)

· Strong English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written, preferred)

· Analytical aptitude, proactive attitude, and team oriented working style

· Ability to make decisions assertively and efficiently

· Ability to lead tasks and seek innovative solutions

· Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Job Description

Support on a variety of activities including:

· Analysis of operational efficiencies of current and potential projects

· Preparation of monthly board of directors' presentations and financial models

· Coordination of the Due Diligence process

· Development of the 100-day post-closure plan and its implementation

· Review of legal contracts

· Integration of current or future acquisitions

· Initiatives and projects with the different internal areas - system implementations, process mapping, activities coordination, etc.
