Overview:


As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and fostering positive relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to provide support and assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.


Responsibilities:


1. Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.

2. Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

3. Assist clients with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting.

4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies.

5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

7. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been addressed and satisfaction has been achieved.

8. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and improve the overall client experience.


Requirements:


1. Previous experience in customer service or client care roles preferred.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. (English C2+)

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

4. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client issues.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client transactions and data.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
