As a Travel and Lifestyle Counselor in our luxury services call center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to high-end clientele seeking personalized travel and lifestyle recommendations. Your role will involve assisting clients with their travel arrangements, leisure activities, and providing tailored advice to enhance their overall lifestyle experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1.           Customer Engagement: Engage with clients via phone, to understand their preferences, needs, and desires related to travel and lifestyle services.

2.           Personalized Recommendations: Utilize your expertise and knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations, dining, and leisure activities to curate bespoke recommendations that align with each client's preferences and expectations.

3.           Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and entertainment arrangements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

4.           Problem Resolution: Proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process or throughout the client's travel experience, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

5.           Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, developments, and offerings in the luxury travel and lifestyle industry, continuously expanding your knowledge base to better serve clients.

6.           Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized assistance and recommendations for future travel and lifestyle endeavors.

7.           Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance the client's experience by offering additional services, upgrades, or exclusive experiences that align with their interests and preferences.

8.           Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences using designated platforms.

9.           Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client requests and travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

            Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role, preferably within the luxury travel or hospitality industry.

            Strong knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations, dining, and leisure activities.

            Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-end clientele and tailor recommendations to their specific preferences.

            Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.

            Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and requests simultaneously.

            Proficiency in relevant computer applications and booking systems.

            Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs and peak travel times.

            Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Portuguese, English  and Spanish languages  written and spoken
