Responsibilities:  

Works under moderate supervision; acquires and applies maturing knowledge of the business, its products, and processes. 

Verify income and employment information, review credit history and calculate the value of the borrower's collateral and assets once the application has been evaluated and the degree of risk has been assessed, document the reasons for approval or denial of the loan and add the documentation to the loan file

Must have excellent decision-making skills that are backed by relevant details and research. 

Preferable to have good analytical and audit skills. 

Preferable to have knowledge pertaining to the regulations governing mortgage lending.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
