PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Lead and advise on labor matters, legal compliance surveys, ethics line processes and supports enforcing company policies and practices within the HR function.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in law, Human Resources.

REQUIREMENTS

• + 3 years of experience on similar role.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

• Advanced English level.
