PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Supervise compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and the Federal Labor Law, as well as to carry out the Human Resources processes.


EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.


EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in Labor Relations and conflict resolution.
  • Massive direct and indirect personnel hiring processes.
  • Management of HR Key indicator (turnover, absenteeism, training, etc.).
  • Attention to personnel & Labor relations.
  • Administration of internal HR movements (transfer, vacancies, etc.).
  • Supervision of compliance with internal work regulations.
  • Participation in Human Resources projects.


KNOWLEDGE

  • Tress System. 
  • Office.
  • Federal Labor Law, Infonavit and Social Security.
  • SuccessFactor (desirable).


ENGLISH

  • Advanced level.
