Requirements:

B.S. degree in Engineering or Business Management Bachelors'

•Experience in Automotive Industry 

•Experience in customer interfacing

•High level of analytical ability and interpersonal skills

•Willing to travel as required

•Experience in leading teams or managing projects

•Self-starter, ability to work with little direction 

•PMP Certification as plus

•Proficient in English 

Responsibilities:

•Own and communicate the master timing schedule

•Ensure that project schedules are established, up to date, & accurate

•Drive attainment of flawless launch metrics

•Manage project cost book developing gap closure plans as required

•Conduct gate reviews on time

•Ensure that design reviews are held on time

•Ensure that project information is established and up to date

•Lead and facilitate project risk management activities

•Handle all communication to the customer regarding project deliverables

•Responsible for collecting expenses made by BWI and suppliers.

•Communicate to the team members their action items regularly.

•New Product Introduction Management
