We're seeking a motivated self-starter who can produce beautiful designs and maintain top-notch organization in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. What you will be doing:

• Facilitate or actively participate in brainstorming sessions using design thinking to gather diverse perspectives and foster shared ownership. 
• Collaborate with UX researcher on user-centered wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes for effective communication of design concepts to leaders and stakeholders.
• Translate initial concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
• Effectively communicate design specifications to web development and collaborate web developers to translate mockups into fully functional web interfaces.
• Develop custom web illustrations to complement or clarify web copy and help tell our story visually.
• Use data and best practices to recommend and facilitate updates and additions to existing design system and component library, including new or updated blocks, components, styles, or interactions.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Create and maintain design assets, such as style guides and component libraries.
• Keep component library and design system files organized and up-to-date.
• Support content entry in Optimizely CMS.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines and web accessibility standards in all designs and experiences.

What you will likely bring:

• Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work well under deadlines, self-starter, innovative
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to demonstrate your skills through a comprehensive design portfolio
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
