Training & Development Supervisor.

Requirements:

- University Graduate of Psychology, Administration or similar.

- 3 to 5 years' experience in the training area.

- Fluent conversational English.

- Management of KPIS.

- Implementation of policies, procedures and processes.

- Previous experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.

- Have participated in plant start-ups (desirable).

Knowledge:

- Training plans and programs.

- Talent evaluation and development.

- Legal aspects of training (STPS / DC Formats).

- DNC implementation.

- Creation of the skills matrix.

- Engagement Activities and Organizational Culture.

- Organization of corporate and institutional events.

- Management of new technologies for high training.
