Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Requirements:

- University Graduate of Psychology, Administration or similar.

- Fluent conversational English.

- Implementation of TA policies, procedures and processes.

- Knowledge of the complete recruitment cycle.

- Previous experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.

- Have participated in plant start-ups (desirable).

Knowledge:

- Administrative and operational profiles.

- Management of various recruitment sources.

- Administration and payment to area suppliers.

- Experience with external recruitment agencies.

- Management of the Intern and New Graduate Program.

- Creation of salary analysis and offer letters.

- Onboarding process.
