Profile:

- Bilingual

- Highly diligent and attentive to detail

- Organized and equipped to manage the end-to-end process of policy renewals.

- Professional and accustomed to dealing with high/ultra high net worth clients.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of life insurance experience. This experience must be specific to working directly with life insurance products.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the renewal, validation and updating of insurance policies.

Documentation management and validation of documentation.

Coordinate meetings to deliver results.

Ensure team results and metrics.

Coordinate with underwriting team to ensure payment has been received.

Dealing with AAA clients.

Other ongoing responsibilities:

Other In-force Responsibilities:

Policy change requests.

Coordination of premium notifications and payment tracking.

In-force illustration requests.

Overall:

Other additional duties to be added as needed.

Mandatory weekly meetings.

Use of SmartOffice.

Provide a superior customer service experience.
