Quality Assistant Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, with extensive knowledge of automotive standards and regulations, including PPAP, ISIR, and desirable experience with brands such as Tesla, GM, Kia, and WIA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate quality department activities, ensuring compliance with automotive standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems based on ISO standards and specific automotive sector standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings to ensure product conformity with technical specifications.
• Lead problem-solving efforts using methodologies like 8D to effectively address non-conformities and prevent recurrence.
• Utilize advanced skills in the Minitab platform for statistical analysis and reporting of quality indicators such as CPK, RIR, and MSA.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (or similar).
• Training courses in automotive standards (PPAP, ISIR).
• Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt).
• Deep knowledge of automotive standards and regulations.
• Advanced use of the Minitab platform for statistical analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in quality.
